Replacement Guarantee

Customers must send clear photos or videos of damaged or defective products and shipping packaging first before we can consider issuing RMA authorization.Please use good camera equipment and close to a medium distance so that we can identify and verify the problem.The size of the submitted attachment must be less than 10MB, please send the attachment to: service@HappySquirrelshome.com

After the support center receives the returned product and confirms that there is a problem with the product, the shipping fee will be refunded according to the valid return receipt.For example, if the return shipping fee is $30, we will refund $30 to the customer.If our technical team determines that the product is not a DOA, we will not compensate for the return shipping fee. Return shipping charges without a valid RMA return receipt will not be accepted.

30-day unconditional exchange guarantee for unopened and unused products

If for any reason you do not want to receive the products within 30 days after receiving the products, you can also contact us to obtain a replacement.Please note that in this case, the exchange shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.Products must be returned in their original packaging. Only unused and unopened products are eligible for product replacement.
